This month Kimberlee Littau, CD(DONA), CYI will be instructing a free prenatal/postpartum yoga class. Bring your mats, water bottles and wear your stretchy pants! BirthNetwork is a non-profit organization that meets monthly to offer support and information for safe and satisfying pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. Meetings are free, families welcome!
