Event Description
My classes are designed to present women with evidence-based information so they can be active participants in their maternal care. Additionally, these classes guide women and their partners on how to trust their bodies' ability to birth and educate themselves so that they can have the labor and birth they want.
Classes cover topics such as the physiological model of birth, stages of labor, natural labor coping techniques, prenatal nutrition, breastfeeding, prenatal wellness, basic baby care, and more.
