Individual Tickets $45 (presale):
Individual tickets are on sale for the Project CABO Annual Fundraiser and Silent Auction. This includes entrance to the event at the renowned Coto de Caza Golf and Country Club. Tickets include a complementary holiday photo sitting. Reserved Table ($150 limited configurations, please call 949-215-7575).

CABO is looking for sponsors to help support the event and the ability for women to have continued access to natural birth options. With average attendance of 100 or greater, our fundraisers are a wonderful way to get your companies name and service introduced to those who support our wonderful cause. Project CABO is fiscally sponsored by Charitable Venture of Orange County a 501(c)(3) organization and all donors will received a tax deductable receipt for their contribution.

Birth Provider Sponsorship Level ($2500):
Included in this package is everything listed in the scholarship committee level including your desired number of individual (tickets up to 15) for the Project CABO fundraiser. Also included, prime advertising positions for logo and business marketing material, a live mention during the event and a space for promotional material during the event.

Scholarship Committee Level $1500:
Everything included in the table sponsor level, additionally a reserved table in a center location/upfront location, complementary beverage service for the table and guest in attendance during the entire event. Logo will be on all promotional material, the dinner program along with a verbal mention during the event.

Table Sponsor(s) $1000:
For those would like to help the Project CABO Non-profit succeed in 2011, this package contains a reserved table and 10 tickets to the winter fundraiser. In addition to the table and tickets (listed below) complementary wine will be served with dinner. Also included is the event sponsor package minus the additional tickets.

Event Sponsor(s) $500:
For those who would like to help contribute to a wonderful cause, but cannot attend the event or would not like tickets to the event. Tickets can be purchased with this package at a discounted rate separately or combined for an additional ($40) per ticket. The donor will be recognized in all printed literature, all electronic literature and correspondence along with a logo on the giveaway bags, and potential shirts.
