 f labors and high levels of satisfaction during their births.You'll le
 arn birth dancing moves inspired by Belly dance, African dance,  Lati
 n dance and Caribbean dance.  It's a feel-good workout that challenge
 s yet relaxes and uplifts you. No experience necessary!At the same tim
 e you'll be learning valuable childbirth preparation skills and natura
 l pain coping techniques that will build your confidence in your own b
 irthing ability and wisdom. Birth can be active, ecstatic, orgasmic, t
