Learn how massaging your abdomen facilitates blood and lymph flow, nerve conduction, and energy movement to facilitate s elf healing. The techniques address illnesses such as displaced uterus , fibroids, endometriosis, irritable bowel, urinary tract infections, infertility, etc. This workshop also includes a 30-minute assessment w ith either Kayla or Astrid.\n\nCompleting Self Care Training qualifies you to perform the Arvigo techniques on yourself and prepares health care professionals to advance to training as Arvigo Practitioners.\n\n *Instructor: Kayla Becker is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist in Montpelier, Vermont practicing psycho-spiritual bodywork since 1985 .
