Come join us in Pacific Beach for an educational and entertaining event for families and practitioners alike! We will start the day with a fitness focused pre-event, our main event will begin at 10am with speakers, demonstrations, raffle, goodie bags, food, entertainment, and lots of great businesses and products to browse and learn from.
