I don't know if anyone has seen this before, but I was completely baffled to read it. The link is from ThePregnancyZone.com and this article is dispelling myths about things that are unsafe during pregnancy.
Part One covers sex and alcohol (and morning sickness, but that was about what is effective in helping morning sickness).
Part Two covers VBACs and Epidurals. I was proud of them for pointing out that VBACS are safe, and then they go on and basically say Epidurals are completely safe implying that they do not slow down labor, they don't cause babies to be born groggy, etc. I couldn't believe I just read that! Of course they make no mention of the increased interventions and cesareans with an epi.
