Hello, I am 5'9" tall, 39 yrs old, and in good health. Prior to pregnancy I was 128 lb. I was 151 lb on the day I gave birth, and 134 lb after giving birth.  Now it is 8 weeks later and I have gained 7 lb (now 141 lb!) I feel the need to eat much more than when I was pregnant and I crave fattening foods. I am exercising about 45 min per day on average. How do I control my appetite and cravings and lose this weight that I am ironically gaining after the fact? I have been slim my whole life and do not "yo-yo" nor have I ever had much of an appetite or interest in food--- until now. Anyone else have a similar experience? Help!
