I have tried using many different products, and they usually have taken several days for the rash to go away. Yesterday I tried this diaper rash cream that I had found at the Baby show, and honestly, her diaper rash went away within a day! Comment by Janelle Green on April 29, 2010 at 12:06pm: Does anyone have any suggestions for keeping the fat rolls clean under baby's neck? my LO is quite plump and I'm having trouble keeping her skin from chaffing. i'm afraid it might get infected - its already pretty smelly :(

I know there is so much to consider beyond the birth of our child which is what I love about this site. It does give alot of insight about all things to consider. I am attempting to induce lactation so I can nurse, but also have to consider all options out there as well. Learning so much from this site. Thank you to all who contibute and post
