Hello all. I'm not sure yet where this group is headed but figure the best way to find that out is to find out about it's members.
I am a mother of 3 wonderful babes and I have definitely come a long way from the first baby to now and I know I am not done growing and learning. Birth was definitely not the only thing my view has changed on and I am happy to continue learning how to best raise my babies, by following instinct and also researching and always listening.
So please, feel free to say hello and tell us a bit about yourself and your kiddos and what you might like from this group.

Hi! I am a stepmom to 2 awesome boys, 9 and 8, and they live with me and my husband. I'm really glad to have found this site, as I have so much to learn about babies. A friend of mine is having a home birth soon, and I am so grateful that she got me interested in that. I'm hoping to become pregnant soon myself (I am 28 y/o), so technically I'll be a new mom, and I need lots of advice.
For this group, I am hoping to hear about everyone's experiences with being a new mom, and hopefully some advice about how you would do things differently as a new mom if you could. Thanks! -

There are SO many things I'd do differently if I could go back...maybe I can start a thread specifically for that!

Hello! I am mom to one awesome little boy who turned 2 in March. I am a single mommy who eventually would love to have more babies, if I am so blessed!
My son is my life and I am all about learning every day better and better ways to parent him and make our lives as healthy as possible. I am really excited about this site and about meeting other moms to share experiences, ideas and information.
