The only time I can ever really remember being uncomfortable because of heat was in the Houston Zoo in mid June. We were there for several hours and it did get a little hot but other than that it was not bad during the summer. I probably did make the mistake of getting a black one though...that did not help.

Hi! I'm a new mom to be...due in July! Well I'm not completely a new mom. I adopted my husband's 9 year old daughter and have been raising her for the last 4 years but this is my first pregnancy. I want to breastfeed my baby girl as well as cloth diaper. I've got a lot to learn in 2 months!

I love the Moby wrap I used it with my son from birth until he was almost 2. It was very comfortable and he was as happy as can be in it.

I want a new wrap sling. A lighter weight one for summer. I wonder where to get one? On a happy note, I was finally able to get my little one into a pair of small Fuzzi Bunz! No more doing cd laundry every day!

I know people who just find the cost to be ridiculous. I have heard many cloth diapering moms to use the covers and reusable inserts and they love them hehe. :) I plan on getting a couple covers to use with some inserts I have: to try them out! :)

I've never gotten the hang of G-diapers.... I just use cloth. I would go with a mix of cloth and G-diapers, just in case/for back up. I personally like Happy Hiney, Haute Pockets and Bum Genuis. =)

GDiapers...I see the obvious benefits to the environment, which is a MUST 4 me! but what, if any, drawbacks? are there any leakage possibilities? do the liners work well? I'm having my first son on 7-8-09 and I'm already looking into this important investment...any comments from those who use them? I'm gonna use them anyway probably, but I'd like to know if you've ever gotten a clogged toilet from one perhaps? ~Thanks!

I use wraps. They are so versatile. My 1st was a Moby, sold that to get an Ellaroo and sold that to get a Hoppediz, sold that to get a Didymos. We love our Didymos and Hoppediz wraps.
I also have a Napsack and we love using that too.

I use a ring sling, Moby D, and mei tei. My son loves the ring sling and the mei tei, my daughter likes the Moby and ring sling.
