As a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner, I bring my holistic certifications and trainings into the birthing journey to safely, gently and effectively assist moms and babies. They receive Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Flower Essences, Herbal Care, Holistic Synergy Energywork, guidance with appropriate breathing, creative visualization, color therapy and more. The resources assist physical pain management, mental/emotional upsets and overall empowerment during this phenomenal time.
