Birth books!!!!! How many can I name!!!! Looking at my shelf, let me see what inspired me the most. Spiritual Midwifery, first and foremost. I received it as a gift when I was thirteen and it was dog-eared, tearstained and highlight by the time I was 18. For my own births, I read Ina May's Guide to Childbirth, Baby Catcher, and A Midwives Tale. Now, I'm building my soapbox with Birth, Born in the USA, Pushed, and Silent Knife. I would love to discuss and rant and bounce all things birth around!
