Jamie, the natural, flushable wipes is a great idea!! I don't remember seeing them anwhere, but i will try to find some.

I am from Saskatchewan, with roots in Nova Scotia.

I think my favourite baby gifts were the ones I bought myself! Slings, cloth diapers, and Kleen Kanteens. :)

Comment by Jamie Bond on August 13, 2009 at 6:36pm: I can't remember what my favorite gift was, but I would really like to find some kind of natural, flushable wipe. I have used natural wipes, and even made my own out of paper towel and a mix of water and oils, but you can't flush them with the poop. I have also used flushable wipes but they are so chemically and perfumey that my baby gets a rash if i wipe her even once. Something that moms could use with cloth or g-diapers would be great.

I have been very busy. I am in the process of starting up my own home based internet store, and there is a lot to do... Seeing as how we are all new moms, I was wondering if you could help me out a bit. My store will be selling mainly natural/organic baby products, and I would really appreciate it if you could pass along some info about your favourite items that your baby received or some you have come across as a new mom.
