I've read Hypnobirthing: The Mongan Method and really loved it.  I am just wondering what the difference between Hypnobabies and Hypnobirthing.  I've read good things about both but I really don't understand the difference between the two and I want to make a decision so I can get to practicing.  Can someone help me understand how hypnobabies is different or superior to Hypnobirthing?
