1 C packed dark leafy greens such as spinach or collard greens
1 mango, coarsely chopped
2 C orange juice
2-4 C frozen blueberries
Blend in a high speed blender.
I like to play around with the different fruits and juices we use, and my kids like them as much as I do. I always have to make enough for everyone.
When I don't feel up to mixing my own smoothies, Bolthouse Farms juices are wonderful, because they're like a ready-made smoothie. There are other brands you can try, but that is one I like the best so far.
