Green smoothies

1 C packed dark leafy greens such as spinach or collard greens
1 mango, coarsely chopped
2 C orange juice
2-4 C frozen blueberries

Blend in a high speed blender.

I like to play around with the different fruits and juices we use, and my kids like them as much as I do. I always have to make enough for everyone.

When I don't feel up to mixing my own smoothies, Bolthouse Farms juices are wonderful, because they're like a ready-made smoothie. There are other brands you can try, but that is one I like the best so far.
Mango + peppermint!
Banana + Aloe vera gel + purslane + agave nectar!
orange juice + frozen berries
orange juice + pineapple + parsley
Raw cacao + maca + hazelnuts + hemp seeds + dates + coconut oil .... the best
Juicing your Prenatal Vitamin:
There are lots of advantages to taking prenatal vitamins. There are times in pregnancy when it's hard to get a vitamin down or maybe one just wants the added absorbability of a juice. The following is a recipe for a juiced prenatal:
3-4 carrots
2 stalks celery
wheat grass

I have a Breville juicer that does not juice wheat grass so i mix in a product called amazing greens.
Is this all one shake or are they different?
