i know what u mean michelle, i'm just hopin' that when we do get pregnant with our second that our first doesn't back track and want to be in diapers again just cuz the baby is in them. that's the main reason y we decieded to wait until around kaleb's 2nd birthday to start tryin' again. but he's doin' amazingly well with the pull ups and usin' his potty, so hopefully it will stay that way, he can take a nap and even sleep thru the night without wettin' himself, so hopefully it will start that way. :)

and laura if u lived any closer i'd send my father-in-law to fix that washer of urs! my father-in-law and his brother own a appliance shop..so were very thank for that!

and laura im sooo sorry! our dryer cought on fire a few months ago so we took that as a sign and bought new washer and dryer!

my 9 month old hates being wet or dirty so we hope it goes quickly too Michelle!

I was lucky with my first son he was potty trained about 2 months before my second son was born. He woke up one morning and didn't want to wear diapers anymore and that was that. However he is now 5 almost 6 and almost never is dry in the morning. He has to wear pull ups to bed and sometimes pee's through those. My second son is 3 and it took alot of effort on my part to try and convince him to use the potty but he wasnt going to have it. That is until my 5yr old said come on lets use the potty and he has been potty trained for 3 months now. He wears a pull up to bed but is always dry. We mainly do this so my oldest doesn't feel bad that he still wears a pull up and his younger brother doesnt. Hopefully with my daughter ,who is 6months, it will be easy when the time comes to potty train.

I was trying to do laundry today, and now my washer is broke, with clothes and water in it!UUUgh!

I would put him in pull-ups for long rides, but Toby just think they're the same as diapers, he'll pee in them in 2 secs after I put it on him. So at home I just put it on at nap and bedtime otherwise he has underwear on and he even says its yucky to poop in underwear so I know he is getting the idea. That being said he's already pooped in his underwear today so we may have a way to go till he get that down!lol

i know everytime someone sees kaleb and he's got his big boy undies on.."pull-ups" they always ask me how old he is..and when i say..22 months..they are like wow, and he's potty trained. and i'm like ya, i would put him in real big boy undies, i just don't trust the long trips in the car. lol :) but i am soo proud of him. and i guess that's y stayin' at home with him soo far as paid off!

Brittany count yourself blessed, PT was a nightmare with my oldest son. That's why I'm so happy about how well Toby is doing. I sure am happy for you though 22 months is great for a girl or boys I think!

potty trainin' is the best. my 22 month old has already got it down! thank goodness!! he's such a fast learner!...whoever said boys were harder to train, must of not had any! :)
