Share 'Anybody had a water birth?'

I would REALLY like to have a water birth. I talked to my OB about it today and she said I could labor in the tub but when it came time to push I'd need to get out. This is my first baby and I have gestational diabetes so her concern is my baby being too big, getting stuck and needing to get her out quickly.
