Share 'How to help pregnat women?'

I am looking to begin getting involved in helping pregnant women. Anything non-profit, teenage pregnancy, homeless pregnancy, support during labor & delivery, etc. Any ladies out there know where I can begin?? I am in Los Angeles, there must be something but nothing comes up in my searching online. Thanks!
