Share 'What does "Trust Your Body" and "The Body Knows" kinda language really mean?'

Hi, I'm somewhat new here and only recently started getting more into reading discussions. I have seen the movie/documentary and I like the idea of a 'natural' birth but at this point I still have a regular 'ol OB and plan to keep him, knowing he may or may not deliver my baby himself.
