Share 'How to support my friend?'

I just found out my friend who was 9 weeks pregnant has had a missed miscarriage. She started spotting a few days ago and is going in for a D&C today. Besides just being there for her, is there anything specific I could do/say to help her through this process? I should mention that I'm 26 weeks pregnant myself. Because I'm pregnant, will this make it difficult for her to be around me? Any ins…
