Hi, I have not received notice that the streaming video episode 2 is available to view. I got a receipt telling me I would be able to view it on November 8th @ 12:00 noon. But, I can't find an email or link to download the streaming version I paid for.... I am excited to see it as I was at the TriBeCa film festivals opening for the Business of Being Born. Thanks for your help with this in advanced and best wishes for the enite series.

Hello! In anticipation of our four-part follow up film series to "The Business of Being Born," we have removed the celebrity birth story webisodes from our site.  

In August, the section of "More Business of Being Born," entitled "Special Deliveries: Celebrity Mothers Talk Straight on Birth" will be available for one week as a live streaming rental on our site. In this film, you will find the complete birth story interviews of several celebrity moms, some we have previewed on the site, and some are new! Alanis Morissette, Gisele Bundchen and Molly Ringwald are among the many celebrities who are featured in the film.  In October, all four parts of the series will be released to DVD.  

We hope you'll love the new series!

I am glad to see that you all seem open minded about people planning the birth that is right for each invidual person.  Everyone is different and births are different.  Pick the type you want and the law of attraction will most likely give you pretty much what you expect.

You are doing an excellent job with this website.  I wish you the Very BEST!

One thing I loved about Cindy's interview is that she was wise enough to keep the negativity away from her until after she had birthed. If family and friends are uneducated and unable to accept your birthing decision, then it is very wise to wait. It even goes to show that just because she is a celebrity, does not mean she didn't have to face some of the same opposition (ill-informed) some of us have had to face. When I saw she had an interview here, I very wrongly thought, "Hey! She's a 'super-star', super-model...surely her friends and family supported her decision!" I guess I thought she earned credibility through her status and stardom.....even then, it shows they are not immune. As I learned in Alyson's interview, they are not even immune with doctors either!

I'm so glad you guys are getting this kind of positive information out to other women about giving birth! I gave birth at home in a birthing tub to my second child because my first experience in the hospital was awful! Giving birth at home was empowering, very intimate, and special! I know not everyone is a candidate for home birth but for those women that are healthy and able to, home birth is the most natural and safe way to bring a child into the world!
