Thank you for sharing your birth story. It's so important to share stories of women who were induced in the hospital and were still able to avoid the cascade of interventions that usually follow. The part about your her husband getting in her face is funny. You did it, just like he said you could. :) Go Kellie!

OMG! You were so lucky to have people that supported your desire to birth without any pain relieving meds and didn't give in to let you have them!!! I went through the same, except my nurse kept offering an epidural and when I needed my husband and sister to "change subjects" they couldn't and I had the epidural at 7 cms. only for the baby to be born half an hour later!!! It was really frustrating, it still is. Thank you for sharing your success story!!
