I'm pretty modest, I actually liked the hospital gown.

I used every measure of non medicated pain relief. Swore I'd never birth in a bed, but I was awake for 2 1/2 days by the time it came to push. My body did the work it was designed for. I dropped the bottom of the bed, and was lifted up by a nurse and my husband in order to not close off my birth canal.
