Upon my journey into the web publishing world I’ve had the opportunity to meet and work with some amazing women who have changed and affected so many lives. During the recording process of HB Radio’s Pregnancy Podcast Series we had the opportunity to interview Ricki Lake and Abby Epstein. The Power of My Homebirth
At 28 weeks my husband and I saw the BOBB and having already been a little scepticle that our regular OB/GYN wasn't completely on board with out drug free birth wishes we where pushed over the edge! I couldn't wait to make the transition to a home birth scenario. Within two days we had found our midwife, rented our birthing tub and ordered the birthing kit!

Amber-joy Tacey said… - I am a stay at home mom with a cause. I have two beautiful daughters Mya (4) and Jolie(2), my son I. Wolfgang is a month old. I want to eventually become a midwife, so I am taking online courses and have taken the doula cirt course and attended about 13 births. I was going to get the cirt but figured out that I disagreed with the philosophy of the CO. So I'm an uncirtified doula right now. Please excuse my spelling I've never been great about it. I love to sew and am into baby wearing. How long have you been married?
