Pigeon is one of my favorite poses.  Many pregnant mamas suffer from tight hips and that can be very uncomfortable, causing problems sleeping. Pigeon pose totally loosens those areas up and makes mamas feel good!

A Breech in the System

I recently had the opportunity to view the film A Breech in the System by Karin Ecker.  This is truly an amazing, must-see film for every pregnant woman!  Karin found out that her baby was breech and was told she must have a c-section.  She knew that she could birth her baby vaginally and stood up to the system for what she believed to be best for herself and for her baby.
