I haven't had any back pain this pregnancy. I make sure I do a prenatal workout atleast 5 times a week. It has really been helping me not get pains and to keep up my energy.

My wife, Maria, did all the work. I could only watch in awe, but we started at the birth center at StLuke's Roosevelt, then after seven hours of labor and heaving pushing Otis' head got stuck and the marconium (?) was released so we we're sent to labor and delivery. Thankfully we had a Doctor, who happened to be a young woman, who was very relaxed and knew our midwife, Sylvie, and after assessing my wife, said everything was fine and if "you" still wanted to have a natural birth that was ok. So Sylvie and Maria we're given a little momentum, after being defeated and wanting to give in, and gave birth naturally. Thankfully as, after all the pushing and work we had been through it was great to be able to give birth as we had hoped....so we don't know the name of the L&D Doctor, but we sure we're glad it wasn't someone else.
