Kayla a little bloody show is usually fine and normal. It's fairly common for the cervix to bleed as it starts to dillate and efface. Some of that blood can pool up and come out during this point in the labor with the baby. Plus she was pushing a fairly big head out through a fairly small opening that has to stretch beyond capacity, so there's bound to be some little tears and skid marks that cause bleeding. Doctors were there monitoring the amount of blood loss. Every birth is different, some women will bleed quite a bit and deliver a baby covered in blood, others will deliver a baby with only a drop or two of blood on them or even none at all.
