Hypnosis is definitely the way to go... and I would add that it is the best tool to create a perfect environment for your unborn child while in the womb. When your baby is experiencing a sense of well being, his/her brain development will be the best, and your ability to connect to your baby will be increase at the time of the birth as well... so many benefits… (including higher Apgar score too!)

I studied the Hypnobabies program to prepare for the birth of my daughter; I loved the program! It was easy to follow and worked really well for me. I had a wonderful, natural, and quick labor. I will definitely be using Hypnobabies again.
